It seems odd to put "Somewhat" in the house training spot as we have not had a crate or inside accident since Baloo arrived. However, I keep saying it must be too good to be true. But, by all accounts, he is housebroken. |

Baloo was walked through the cat house at the shelter before he came into rescue. He seemed fine with the kitties even when one popped him on the nose! I don't get the sense that Baloo would make a good hunter. His personality is more of a family house dog. He just wants to sleep at your feet. |

Baloo will gently mouth a hand to get your attention but stops when corrected. He will also occasionally use a paw, but also stops this behavior when told "No". |

Baloo has a very nice disposition. He is very young and still has a few things to learn, but he is a mellow guy who just really wants a lot of attention. He is very wiggly, but overall will make a very nice family dog. We have a 2, 4 and 9 year old and he has been very sweet with our girls. Our 9 year old has walked him a few times a day and he walks easily on a leash even for her, though he does need some polish. He is really a darling boy. |
