Meet Penny, our t-shirt model
Penny is approximately 7 years old, was rescued from a shelter in Willows, CA, several months ago. It became apparent that Penny has chronic pain from ACL ruptures in both rear knees. This was likely why her prior owners took her to a shelter.
Thank goodness she has landed in rescue because she is the sweetest and funniest girl with a lot of love to give!
Right now, Penny is being fostered by an experienced home who have just adopted Hoss. They are a loving and committed family to rescuing senior chessies. Both nurses, they will be able to rehabilitate Penny after each surgery.
