Crash Southeast

Meet “Crash”, a 5 year old owner surrender.  Crash has had a tough time medically, but we feel he’s on his way to a full recovery. When Crash came in we notice a lick granuloma on one of his feet, soon he was dropping the majority of his coat.  It took us a bit to figure out he was having thyroid issues and not what were communicated as allergies.  Now that he has the proper medication on board the itching has ceased, and his coat is growing back.  Crash is typical chessie in many ways and likes chew toys however when unsupervised he can get into trouble in the clothes hamper.  A recent escapade led to emergency surgery to remove a sock and bra from his intestines. A big puppy at 100#!

Crash is a love bug to his people and is protective of his home.  He gets along with other dogs.  He is housebroken and can be crated but prefers not to be. He’s been in a couple foster homes due to regional logistics and has been loved by all those he’s met. Crash needs a home that will be willing to manage his thyroid condition and love this goof unconditionally.  Can Crash in to your heart and home?
